Each support block represents half an hour of time. This means the minimum work we undertake is for half an hour, and we also perform tasks like taking backups, conducting testing, and generating reports. We can handle multiple requests within a half-hour block.

Here’s a pro tip: Some clients provide us with a task list to save time and blocks.

Support blocks never expire, and the more you purchase, the better the discount. It’s wise to stock up on them.

We keep a record of your block purchases, their usage, and the remaining balance. You can easily check this information by logging in anytime. Blocks are associated with your website’s domain name for simplicity.

Asking questions or requesting a quote doesn’t use up blocks. If there’s ever a situation where blocks are to be charged, we’ll always confirm that with you via email first.
